I had AF type pains throughout my 2WW after a 5dt; one night so strong they woke me up and I was convinced my womb was trying to expel the embryo or something. My reasoning for testing early was that if those symptoms were truly pregnancy symptoms, something should show up by now. I've had a stabbing pain in my right boob and left ovary but thats it! I am on Cyclogest 400mg x2 a day. No morning symptoms. Until I saw the scan and my belly started growing I almost couldn't believe I was even pregnant. It is still very early to feel kicks at this stage even with twins and they don't start counting kicks and movement normally until 26 weeks ish with multiple pregnancy.
