I recently upgraded to this combo from some generic PC speakers. 0 channels/Stereo. Both have sub out but A300 has high pass filter too. Turn the Aiyima A07 volume dial to 50%-75% and never touch it again. de and as stated on their website, it arrived without a power supply. I would choose the D03. Aiyima A07Pro or A08Pro. It's a balancing act, since you want the AIYIMA A07 Pro. It has bass & treble plus volume control. It isn’t particularly expensive tho more than a 5532. I know the SA-50 was using sub-optimal chips, but does anyone know the difference between the SA-98E's chips (TDA7498E) and the A04's (TPA3251)? Both similar price on Amazon UK (£70-£80). Aiyima even copied when they made the a07 max. I have Q3020i speakers and this setup sounds great to me. 5A max. Its what I picked up few weeks ago. It is $80, got more than enough power for nearfield listening. Also I have just seen the Aiyima A04 as that looks like another decent mini amp. My current setup is: CPU (Windows - Foobar2000 w/ Asio - Flac Files) -> Topping Dx3 Pro+ (connected through USB) -> Aiyima A07 (regular one - not the pro) -> JBL Stage A130. Currently pairing A07 with a T9 very pleased. Where the difference is is in aesthetics (you might like to have a display screen), features (sub out, remote, Bluetooth, etc), feel (different kind of power on switch or volume knobs), and power (da-6 you refer to for instance only has about 15w/8ohms where as a07 can do nearly 50w).
